Meet the Founder
Jonathan Lakin
Jonathan Lakin is the CEO and founder of Intent HQ, established in 2010. Under his leadership, the company has become a leader in customer AI analytics, recognised by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies and named AI Company of the Year in 2024. Lakin, who holds an MBA from IESE Business School, focuses on using AI to help businesses better understand customer intent while prioritising privacy. He has led strategic partnerships with major clients in telecommunications, including Verizon and Orange.
