Ofcom and Blockchain Win AIconics Awards at AI Summit London
Richard Davis, chief data officer at Ofcom, and Valerii Babushkin, VP for data science at Blockchain.com, have been named winners of the AIconics Awards at the AI Summit London.
The AIconics Awards recognise outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations who have been instrumental in breakthrough innovation and cutting-edge application of AI in business.
Davis was awarded the AI Implementor of the Year Award for his work in enabling data and analytics capabilities across the U.K. media regulator. He has given expert advice in international forums on the development of data science products for businesses and establishing analytics and data science functions in large multinational companies.
Babushkin was awarded the Solution Provider of the Year Award for his work in developing Blockchain's A/B testing platform. This platform allows businesses to set up and run experiments without the need for specialized technical expertise.
Dr. Corey O’Meara, quantum computing lead at energy firm E.ON, was awarded the Quantum Computing Innovator of the Year at the Quantum Computing Summit, which was co-located at the AI Summit London.
